Downtown Zanesville Planters
Started in 2006 with just a few empty containers in front of businesses, the Garden Society has expanded the project with the help of donors seeking to support Downtown Beautification. As of 2017 the garden society now plants and maintains over 150 containers with summer and winter interest. It is accomplished with fund raising sponsorships in early winter by business and private citizens.
