The Muskingum Valley Garden Society welcomes you, and we look forward to a successful journey with you!
Our success depends upon its ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS whose countless hours help SUPPORT our beautification projects. We plant 180 planters downtown in May and maintain them through mid-October. We also plant 17 baskets on the Y-Bridge. Our meetings are monthly, typically the 3rd Monday of each month. Plant swaps and educational workshops are offered through the year.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create ecologically sustainable gardens through habitat plantings, organic cultivation, biodiversity, preservation, and a celebration of the seasons. The Society will promote a horticultural and inspirational environment through education, enhancing the quality of life for the community and gardeners of all ages. The Society supports and collaborates with civic clubs, service organizations and local green businesses to achieve these goals
